Please note

In line with NHS England & The College of Optometrists guidance for healthcare settings dated 10th May 2022, all patients (Including children of school age) are advised to wear  face coverings to appointments.

This is due to the close proximity of staff to patients during eye examinations and dispensing. The safety of our patients & staff remains our main priority and the continued wearing of masks is designed to give protection and confidence to our vulnerable patients.

Thank you for your understanding

We are offering our full range of services by appointment only including repairs and adjustments.

Please call us for advice, or to arrange an appointment.

What can I expect when I attend for my appointment?

We will be keeping the current protocols we introduced to keep patients and staff safe.

  • All staff in close contact with patients will be wearing PPE.
  • Staff self-test for Covid-19 twice weekly.
  • All equipment and frames handled will be sanitised between patients.
  • Extra time has been allocated between appointments to allow thorough disinfection and ventilation of consulting rooms.
  • We are asking patients (including children of school age) to wear a suitable face covering and sanitise hands when entering the practice.
